Learning made appetising in Kimblesworth!

HEOP KimblesworthSue and vegThe new Monday Club at Kimblesworth and Nettlesworth Community Centre has welcomed Come Eat Together for its first five weeks to deliver the fun and interactive Healthy Eating for Older People course!

Starchy carbs tasteThe ladies and gents who attend the club every Monday at the community centre from 1.30 until 3.30 are being treated to new information and some tasty treats as part of the five week course. The course explores healthy eating from an older person’s perspective, including the changing nutritional needs as we have as we get older and combines simple food demonstrations and tastings.
