CET teamHere at Age UK County Durham we are delighted that our innovative Come Eat Together project which has recently been awarded a flagship grant from the Big Lottery Fund is a finalist in The National Lottery Awards.

Winning this award will significantly raise the profile of Come Eat Together as we roll it out across County Durham, helping us to reach more vulnerable older people and addressing their real problems of social isolation and malnutrition in local, practical and sustainable ways.

Every vote counts, so we really appreciate your support! Please ask your colleagues, friends and family to vote for us.

Thank you to all those who have already voted. Along with John Torode from Masterchef you are helping to raise awareness of the need to help older people who experience loneliness and social isolation. Here are some photos of others who have voted for us!
