Take 100 seconds to see the difference we make!

Come Eat Together aims to bring people together with food. We have made a short film that we hope will give people a flavour of what it’s all about.

We have reached the finals of the National Lottery Awards and are competing against 6 other projects for the title of Best Health Project.

Winning this award will significantly raise the profile of Come Eat Together as we roll it out across County Durham, helping us to reach more vulnerable older people and addressing their real problems of social isolation and malnutrition in local, practical and sustainable ways.

We need your vote to help us win!  Please support us by visiting http://www.lotterygoodcauses.org.uk/project/come-eat-together to cast your vote or vote by phone on 0844 836 9699.

Every vote counts, so we really appreciate your support! Please ask your colleagues, friends and family to vote for us.  Thank you.

One Response to Take 100 seconds to see the difference we make!

  1. First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask
if you don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head
prior to writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my
ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing but
it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure
out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Cheers!
